These give staff clear company goals but, unlike KPIs, allow much more freedom in how they can contribute to achieving them. Phil, who’d seen how OKRs worked in other firms, was instrumental in advising us how to roll them out. They’ve had excellent employee feedback and a very positive effect on the business.
We’ve been integrating AI into our offering to charities, as a way to help them create digital strategies and create extra capacity to help them do their increasingly vital work. Phil has been a really important counsel on that, too.”
